Hi Tom, the Quicktime videos on the Fast-Track training can sometimes take a wee while to load, depending on your connection and the time of day… They’re pretty huge files, but worth the wait. We have heard that if you leave them to load while you make a cup of tea or pour yourself a G&T they should be ready to go
